Rust Bunny Costume DLC Item Overview

In Rust’s April Spring Cleaning update, a variety of easter-themed DLC items were added to the game for players to purchase. One of these items is the new Bunny Costume, which serves as a skin for the wood armor pants. The costume joins the shop after a similarly styled horse costume was added to celebrate the holiday last year. Follow along as we cover everything you need to know about Rust’s new Bunny Costume.

What Is The Bunny Costume

The bunny costume is an exaggerated skin for the wood armor pants. The statistics and durability are identical to the pants, as the skin is visual only. The costume is very large as an inflatable bunny holds a cracked open egg with the player’s upper half sticking out. The costume is meant to mimic the popular alien abduction Halloween costumes from several years ago.

Bunny Costume Variations

Three variations are included with the Bunny Costume DLC skin. The default variant features a white bunny holding a purple egg with blue and red pants to represent the player’s legs. The second variation features a pink bunny wearing overalls and a yellow hat from which a pink flower blooms. The bunny holds a brown egg with yellow and brown striped pants hanging from the cracked egg. The final variation features a colorful green bunny with various designs drawn across it. The pink egg is dotted in blue spots, while red pants act as the player’s fake legs.

How to Purchase Rust’s Easter Bunny Costume

Rust’s Easter Inflatable Bunny Costume can be purchased from the Rust item store for $7.99. The item is available in the shop until April 16th, but don’t worry if you miss out, as it is marketable and tradeable.

That covers everything you need to know about Rust’s new bunny costume. Remember, the bunny costume will only be available for purchase in the in-game Rust item store until April 16th.
