1. Introduction
SkinLords is an online platform that provides affiliate services, reviews, rankings, promotional offers, educational content, rewards programs, and other related services concerning online casinos, gaming websites, cryptocurrency platforms, and other third-party operators.
References to “SkinLords,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operators of SkinLords.com and all related services. References to “User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any individual accessing or using the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, promotional terms, or program-specific conditions that may be published by SkinLords from time to time. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
You further represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, that you are legally permitted to use the Services, that all information you provide is accurate and truthful, and that you are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws when accessing third-party websites.
2. Description of Services
SkinLords operates as an affiliate marketing and informational platform. The Services include reviews, rankings, educational materials, referral links, promotional codes, bonus offers, and related informational content regarding online casinos, gaming platforms, cryptocurrency services, and other third-party operators.
SkinLords does not operate, control, manage, or provide gambling services, casino games, sportsbook services, financial services, or payment processing services. All interactions, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and account activity occur exclusively between users and third-party operators and are governed solely by those operators’ own terms and policies.
SkinLords may, from time to time, provide promotional programs such as cashback-style incentives, Lossback rewards, rebates, loyalty programs, giveaways, contests, and similar benefits, all of which are subject to eligibility requirements and discretionary administration as set forth in these Terms.
3. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links, advertisements, referral codes, and promotional materials directing users to third-party websites or services (“Third-Party Services”).
SkinLords has no control over and assumes no responsibility or liability for Third-Party Services, including but not limited to their operations, availability, terms, content, transactions, payments, account decisions, bonus eligibility, data practices, regulatory compliance, or customer support.
Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and governed exclusively by their respective terms and policies.
4. Eligibility and Account Use
You may be required to register an account to access certain features of the Services. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated as necessary.
You may maintain only one account unless expressly authorized by SkinLords. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, rented, or otherwise made available to any third party. Automated registrations, bots, scripts, or similar methods are strictly prohibited.
SkinLords reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether multiple accounts are associated with the same individual, household, device, IP address, or other indicators of linkage. Where such determination is made, SkinLords may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts and withhold any associated benefits.
5. Lossback Program
Definition
“Lossback” means a discretionary, non-guaranteed promotional benefit that may be offered by SkinLords to eligible users, calculated as a percentage-based promotional return applied to qualifying net losses incurred through tracked and verified activity with approved affiliate partners, subject to eligibility criteria and program rules determined solely by SkinLords.
General Terms
Lossback is strictly promotional in nature and does not constitute insurance, reimbursement, compensation, financial protection, rebate, or a guarantee of recovery of any losses.
Participation does not create any entitlement, vested right, or enforceable claim to any payment or benefit.
Eligibility is determined solely by SkinLords. Only tracked, verified, and approved activity will be included in calculations. SkinLords may exclude, adjust, or disregard any activity at any time.
SkinLords may modify, suspend, or terminate the Lossback Program at any time, with or without notice.
Third-Party Dependency
Lossback depends on third-party data, tracking, and payments. SkinLords is not responsible for failures, delays, or discrepancies caused by third parties, including casinos, affiliate networks, or tracking providers.
Code Integrity and Attribution Changes
Users may not manipulate, modify, or interfere with any tracking links, referral codes, or attribution systems. This includes any attempt to alter or override assigned referral or affiliate codes on third-party platforms—whether intentionally or unintentionally—such activity, or any change resulting in loss or replacement of attribution, may result in disqualification from the Lossback Program and forfeiture of Lossback, in whole or in part, at SkinLords’ sole discretion.
6. Tracking and Attribution
Tracking depends on third-party systems and may be affected by technical limitations including cookies, VPNs, ad blockers, or device changes.
All attribution data is final unless corrected by SkinLords. SkinLords is not responsible for tracking loss or inaccuracies caused by external systems or user configurations.
7. Reserved Rights and Discretion
SkinLords retains full discretion over the Services, including all promotional programs.
SkinLords may:
- modify or terminate services or programs
- determine eligibility for rewards
- suspend or terminate accounts
- withhold or reverse payouts
- investigate fraud or abuse
- correct errors or system issues
All internal determinations are final for operational purposes and do not affect dispute resolution rights under Section 9.
8. Payments, Rewards, and Payouts
All rewards and payouts are subject to verification and approval.
No amount is earned until fully processed and confirmed. SkinLords may delay, withhold, adjust, or reverse payouts where necessary.
SkinLords may require identity verification (KYC) at any time and may refuse payouts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or system error.
9. Mandatory Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the Lossback Program, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis.
You waive any right to participate in class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceedings.
No claims may be joined or consolidated without SkinLords’ written consent.
Arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority over arbitrability, scope, and enforceability.
The award shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any competent court.
If any part of this Section is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Compliance
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or interfere with the Services is prohibited.
SkinLords may investigate and take action including account termination, withholding rewards, and forfeiture of benefits.
SkinLords may conduct KYC and anti-fraud checks at any time.
11. No Reliance on External Statements
Only these Terms are binding. No external statements, messages, or informal communications modify these Terms unless formally published by SkinLords.
12. Disclaimer
The Services are informational only. SkinLords does not provide financial, legal, or gambling advice. Use is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
SkinLords is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, rewards, or data.
This includes losses caused by tracking failures, payout issues, or third-party actions.
14. Dispute Resolution Framework
This Section confirms the exclusive dispute resolution structure set out in Section 9.
Section 9 governs exclusively for all arbitrable disputes.
Where arbitration is not enforceable under applicable law, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms, and you agree to submit to such jurisdiction and waive objection to venue or forum.
In the event of any inconsistency, Section 9 prevails.
15. Termination
SkinLords may suspend or terminate access at any time. Rewards may be revoked or withheld following termination.
16. Changes to Terms
SkinLords may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
