Rust Basement Apartment: Amenities

As you would expect from its price, the basement apartment does not contain many amenities. A small locker is available to hold a single kit. A small sink provides access to water, while a 2-slot stove lets you cook any raw meat you may have. A telephone is available to make calls. A mattress rests in the corner, acting as a Bed. Finally, a tier 1 workbench allows you to craft a range of low-tier items.

The basement apartment is slightly larger than a 1×1, making it a very small, budget choice. As a result, it is not able to hold many items. The basement apartment features 2 Kitchen Cabinets along with a Small Storage Box, totaling 134 storage slots. If you need extra storage, the locker can hold a few extra items.
