The Survival Knife is one of the best low-to-mid tier Counter-Strike 2 knives, but that classification makes a steep trend upwards when talking about Blue Gem patterns. Case Hardened skins in CS2 are valuable by default, but even more so given specific Case Hardened patterns that fall into the Blue Gem category. In this guide, we will be listing all of the best Survival Knife Blue Gem patterns.
Every Case Hardened skin’s design is determined by its pattern number, which remains a constant despite the random nature of unboxing any CS2 Case Hardened skin. Some patterns are rarer than others and are among the most expensive skins in CS2. These are called Blue Gem patterns.
A lot of skins have Case Hardened Blue Gem patterns, such as the MAC-10 and Five-SeveN when it comes to weapons, and more knives like the Butterfly Knife and Talon Knife. The most valuable of the bunch are the AK-47 Case Hardened #661 and Karambit Case Hardened #387, with both being known as the best and most valuable Case Hardened skins of all time.

These ten patterns are considered the best Survival Knife Case Hardened patterns in all of Counter-Strike 2. Pattern #403 in particular is known as the best Blue Gem for this particular skin given the amount of blue found on its play side. At 96.8%, no other Case Hardened finish for the Survival Knife has a more perfectly covered blade on the play side.
Other notable Tier 1 patterns include #634, which only has minor blemish spots spread out across the blade, and #577, which is the most evenly coated blade on both the play side and back side.

If the Tier 1 Survival Knife Blue Gem patterns are a bit out of reach to purchase, Tier 2 seeds still carry that same level of allure. They might not have the highest amount of blue and present way more texture blemishes, but they’re still Blue Gems for a reason.
Pattern #180 looks incredible on both sides, but yellowing on the tip of the play side puts it below Tier 1. Patterns #55 and #447 also have the same problem, with decent amounts of blue on both sides of the blade but suffering from an imperfect tip.
