Rust Twitch Drops “Home Brewed 3” Event

A new Rust Twitch drop event is beginning on August 7th at 2 P.M. EDT and will run all the way to August 17th at 7 P.M. A total of 14 drops themed around different streamers and their communities will be available to viewers while the event runs.

Retuu Garage Door

The Retuu Garage Door is the first of 4 general drops that can be received for watching any eligible Rust Twitch stream during the event for 2 hours. The drop was designed for the YouTube creator Retuu, who does not currently stream on Twitch, but is participating in the event. The door uses a wooden finish with colorful details, a glowing sign, and a metal border.

Gorliac Vending Machine

After watching any eligible Rust stream for 4 hours, you will receive the Gorliac Vending Machine Twitch drop. The vending machine serves as the second general drop and uses a flashy black & gold design. The machine is themed around safes, having a rear vault door and latches on each side.

Calirust Metal Double Door

Next is the Calirust Metal Double Door, the third general Rust Twitch drop, which is earned after 6 hours of viewing. The skin replaces the Sheet Metal Double Door, specifically, despite having windows, as an armored door would. The blacked-out door uses a striped design with two large lights running across the top of the door.

Spiicy Assault Rifle

The fourth and final Rust general Twitch drop is the Spiicy Assault Rifle. This final drop can be earned by viewing eligible streamers for 8 hours while the event runs. The weapon itself uses a white base with black accents, featuring a beautiful Sakura pattern with pink flowers stretching all across the skin.

Monsteraart Garage Door

The Monsteraart Garage Door is the first of many streamer-specific skins. These skins must be obtained by watching the specific streamer they were designed for, in this case, Monsteraart. The door itself uses artwork that was actually hand-painted in-game by Monsteraart themselves.

Moons Assault Rifle

The Moon’s Assault Rifle is an extremely sleek skin earned by watching the creator for a total of 2 hours. The weapon uses a tempered upper-half while the rest of the skin uses a clean matte black design. The skin does have cut iron sights, offering a slight visual advantage in-game.

Tanizen MP5A4

Next up is the Tanizen MP5A4, another weapon skin that offers a slight visual advantage due to using cut iron sights. After watching Tanizen for 2 hours, you’ll receive the black and purple MP5 with Tanizen’s signature running across it.

VincentSMG Assault Rifle

Flex the ultimate AK using VincentSMG’s flashy assault rifle skin. The Rust Twitch drop is entirely blinged out in bright diamonds with shiny gold accents around the edges of the weapon. Similar to the previous skins, it also uses cut iron sights, giving a visual advantage to players using the weapon.

Gevad1ch Semi-Automatic Pistol

The Gevad1ch Semi-Automatic pistol brings an edgy look to the weapon with several engravings featuring wolves and scars. The bloodied pistol also features glowing text on the back which reads “Click HEADS”, this is paired with cut iron sights to give you a visual advantage in-game.

Vaybae Assault Rifle

If edgy isn’t your thing, the stockless Vaybae Assault Rifle is the polar opposite with a pink and white base. Similar to the other weapons on this list, Vaybae’s rifle also uses cut sights, which have a red indication over the front sight, giving the user a small advantage visually.

ElWasabiTM Sheet Metal Double Door

The ElWasabiTM Sheet Metal Double Door brings a blast of creativity featuring the streamers rat mascot in full Shogun armor, posed with a katan on each side of the door. The Rust Twitch drop also features further decorations reminiscent of feudal Japan spread across the detailed door, elevating it to the next level.

RavennRust Assault Rifle

The RavennRust Assault Rifle uses a black and orange volcanic design to spice up the stockless weapon. Engraved symbols that display a lava-like orange rest across the mag and receiver of the gun, while a large orange raven stretches across the body of the rifle.

Wabbit Thompson

The Wabbit Thompson offers a more realistic design, designed around Wabbit’s mascot. The blue Thompson features Wabbit’s mascot in a superhero outfit next to text reading out the streamer’s name. Further details, such as chipped paint, along with white and red accents, fill the skin with plenty of personality.

GalaaxXy M249

The final Rust Twitch drop is Galaaxxy’s M249, which uses a simple design compared to most of the other skins from this event. Galactic purple, pink, and blue colors warp around a spacey background, bordered by black rims, giving the skin a breathtaking look.
