Rust Medieval DLC Overview
This month’s primitive update to the game brings a brand new Rust DLC themed around medieval times. The DLC welcomes eight new items, including an assault rifle, a large wood box, wooden barricade skin, both a sheet metal single and double door, and an entire road sign armor set. Step into the new era of Rust with this highly detailed DLC.
Medieval Assault Rifle

The first item added by the new Rust Medieval DLC is the Medieval Assault Rifle. The skin features an established look with its all golden receiver lined with gemstones of different colors. The gold has been engraved with various patterns, creating an embroidered-like design. The handguard, stock, and grip of the weapon are made of polished wood, which perfectly aligns with the look of the gold, finishing off the stylish look of the weapon.
Medieval Large Wood Box

The Medieval Large Wood Box is the perfect storage box for primitive servers. It remodels the crate to have a reinforced wooden look with steel bars holding the flimsy wooden container in place. Red cloth wraps around the handles and latches, adding color when paired with the variety of painted flags all around the box.
Medieval Sheet Metal Doors

The Medieval Sheet Metal Doors added by the Rust DLC re-skin both the single and double sheet metal doors to have a reinforced look. Steel bars wrap around the metal doors while spikes protrude outwards to protect against attackers. The door handles have been replaced with shiny metal rings, further increasing the detailed doors’ medieval status.
Medieval Barricade

The Medieval Barricade added by the Rust Medieval DLC is the first ever skin introduced for the Wooden Barricade. It remodels the way the barricade looks entirely using a wooden foundation with a sheet metal barricade as opposed to the classic stick look of the default barricade. Wooden spikes stick out of the sheet metal working to stop any intruders from climbing over. A cut-up utility pole acts as logs connecting the barricade and acting as its main support form.
Knight’s Armor Set

The Rust Medieval DLC also adds a new knight armor set which completely redesigns the look of Roadsign armor, re-using the parts provided to shape an entirely new armor set. The set, however, has identical stats, meaning you may still need to bring extra cold protection and radiation protection when wearing it.
Helmet

The knight helmet is the simplest of the three pieces, recreating that of a great helmet. The helmet is made entirely of metal, with small pieces of road signs visible. Most notably, the eye slits have been made out of a repurposed stop sign. Unlike the heavy plate helmet, the knight’s armor helmet will not affect your view in any way.
Cuirass

The final piece added by the Rust Medieval DLC, the knight’s cuirass, continues the industrial look made entirely from scrap metal and road signs. Each shoulder plate and arm cuff is made of yellow and red road signs, while the chest plate itself is made of steel floor plates.
Skirt Plates

The road sign skirt plates are the simplest of the three pieces, using a plain steel band connected to two large blue plates with one plate hanging over each player’s legs.
That’s all for the Rust Medieval Pack DLC.
