New CCTV Cameras have been added with Rust’s Pivot or Die update to both the Cargo Ship and the Ferry Terminal. The carefully placed camera deployables offer players sneaky visual points to use to their advantage. Along with this, the computer station has now been fixed, allowing for many more camera codes to be entered. Follow along as we cover every new CCTV Camera added to Rust.
The first set of camera codes was added around the Cargo Ship, allowing players to get further visuals around the travelling cargo. Five cameras were added in total, covering the deck, bridge, stern, and bottom, with two of the cameras watching different sections of the Cargo Ship’s hold.
Cameras were also added around the Ferry Terminal, granting a visual across the entire monument. Four cameras were added covering the dock, the front parking area, the utilities area where you can find the recycler, and the logistics area around the back of the terminal.
Furthermore, additional camera slots were added to the computer station to make room for all the new CCTV camera codes. Originally, a bug capped the amount of available camera codes to a total of 256 combined characters, but after a small fix, the limit should be raised to fit all the camera codes you could possibly need.
That covers all of the new CCTV Cameras and codes added to Rust. Pair these new cameras with a computer station by inputting their listed camera codes to gain visuals across the entirety of the Ferry Terminal and Cargo Ship.
