How Do I Get A Steam Profile Showcase?

Every Steam account unlocks its first showcase upon reaching Steam Level 10, and from Level 20 onwards, you unlock another one every ten levels with a hard cap of 13 showcases at once. There are multiple kinds of showcases, but each variation can only be displayed a maximum of twice on the same profile. Profile showcases can also be upgraded, which usually adds extra slots to display more things in that specific category.

What Steam Showcases Can I Make?

There are 22 different showcases that you can add to your Steam Profile, with some of the most popular being the rare achievements showcase, item showcase, favorite game showcase, and workshop showcase, among others.

What Steam Showcases Can I Make?

You can create your first showcase by clicking the “Edit Profile” button and navigating to “Featured Showcase”. From there, you can select your preferred showcase type from the drop-down list, which shows you all the different categories you can choose from, depending on your Steam account. For example, if you have never made a submission to the Steam Workshop, then you cannot make a workshop showcase.

How To Upgrade Your Steam Profile Showcase

If you find your showcase lacking or simply want another one, then you can always spend your Steam Points in the Points Shop to either level up an existing showcase or directly purchase a new one. Points are earned at a rate of around 90 points for every $1 spent on games, DLC, or pretty much anything on the client, but this can vary depending on your country/region of choice.
