CS2 Releases New Gloves with the Dead Hand Collection

In today’s article, we will take a look at the new gloves and skins added to the Dead Hand Collection from CS2’s newest update! For the first time in over three years, we are seeing new gloves added to Counter-Strike via the newest Dead Hand Collection Terminal. A break from the ongoing additions to the armory, CS2 has done quite well with this collection!

New CS2 Gloves in the Dead Hand Collection

Not entirely new gloves, the Dead Hand Collection has added 22 new glove finishes. Ranging from Sport gloves and Specialist gloves to driver’s gloves, these new additions are unlike anything we’ve ever seen! Each skin features an extremely intricate design, unlike the more bland ones we are used to. In cases such as the Specialist Gloves Big Swell, we can see entire art pieces on display!

Dead Hand Collection CS2 Skin Additions

Similar to any other collection, the Dead Hand Collection features a variety of weapon skins, the most important being the covert skins, in this case, the AWP Queen’s Gambit and the Glock-18 Fully Tuned. The Dead Hand Collection does not follow a specific theme, other than that each skin is contributed by the community, making it that much closer to the players themselves!

How to Get the Dead Hand Collection CS2 Gloves and Skins

Contrary to the last gloves released in 2023, these new skins can be acquired via a terminal, more specifically, the Dead Hand Terminal, available in the new weekly drop pool. This means that to get your hands on one of the new gloves or weapon skins, you will need to fight for XP, and even if a terminal is dropped, you must go through the odds of the weapons dealer to get a pair of gloves! The most interesting part of this new addition is its connection to the covert trade-up update: now the covert weapon skins from the Dead Hand Collection can be used to craft these new gloves!
