SkinBaron Review – Is SkinBaron Legit?
Overview & History
SkinBaron is a CS2 skins site that trades, buys, and sells CS2 items. Using a somewhat outdated bot-to-player (B2P) system, SkinBaron does not have the most user-friendly site or system. Featuring a very outdated UI and website design, and although it may look strange, SkinBaron is not found to be a scam site by any means.

Selling Skins on Skinbaron
Selling skins on SkinBaron is a complicated process in which players have to supply a large amount of personal information, unlike other trading sites. Once the information is provided, selling skins can be pretty quick through the bought transaction system
-
1To sell items on SkinBaron, players must enter a valid Steam trade link, as well as complete a personal information KYC that requires personal info such as the users address, and phone number
-

Fees & Limits

Traffic & Popularity
Founded in 2016, SkinBaron is a once formidable staple of the CS2 trading scene. In recent years, its popularity has dropped as sites with lower fees swoop in to steal traffic. Although its not the most popular site it features a plethora of remarkable achievements:
-
Over 850,601 Monthly Site Visits (Via SimiliarWeb)
-
A 4.5 Star Rating on TrustPilot, With Over 2,200 5-star Reviews
-
Over 1,000,000 Items Currently Listed
Ownership & Licenses
SkinBaron is headquartered in Hof, Germany, and is run by Tobias Herberhold and Werner Fugmann. It is one of the only CS2 skin sites currently compliant with all European regulations, making it that much more legally transparent. At this time, it is unknown what licenses SkinBaron holds.
