Who Are The CS2 IEM Cologne 2026 Major Talent?

There’s less than a week left before the official start of the IEM Cologne Major 2026, the first of the year and the first time the Cathedral of Counter-Strike will host the world’s biggest tournament in ten years. Taking place in none other than the Lanxess Arena in Cologne, Germany, the Major has a serious case to be one of the greatest in CS history.

With the teams and players all making their respective trips to and across Europe for the event, the IEM Cologne Major 2026 could never truly be complete without another part of the Counter-Strike experience: the talent.

These are the people who will be doing all the work and bringing Cologne to life for three weeks.

IEM Cologne 2026 Presenter/Sideline/Stage Talent

For the IEM Cologne Major 2026, Freya “Freya” Spiers will be the main presenter alongside Tres “stunna” Saranthus and former pro Jacob “Pimp” Winneche. Freya and stunna have been mainstays in the professional Counter-Strike scene as some of the most respected and consistent broadcast talents out there.

They’ve served as Desk Hosts for multiple Counter-Strike Majors and other international LAN events. Pimp, meanwhile, is a former professional CS player who’s turned into a respected analyst for his deep understanding of the game. He retired from active play in 2017 and has since been a priceless talent member.

Rounding out the list is Oliver James Borg “OJ Borg” D’Anastasi, who’s no stranger to hosting Cologne throughout the years. The IEM Cologne Major will be his first Major as a Stage Host since IEM Katowice 2019.

IEM Cologne CS2 Major Pundits

The Pundit table for the tournament is full of ex-professionals from different generations of Counter-Strike. In addition to Pimp, who’ll be working double time as a Pundit and Presenter, the cast includes Janko “YNk” Paunović, Martin “STYKO” Styk, Ashley “ashhh” Battye, and legendary five-time Major champion Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen.

All five of them have competed at the highest level of Counter-Strike, and at some point in their careers, but Dupreeh is undoubtedly the standout name on this list. He’s the most decorated Global Offensive player of all time and was instrumental in establishing the Astralis dynasty of 2018-2019.

Cologne CS2 Major Casters

The IEM Cologne Major 2026 will feature one of the most stacked Caster lineup ever assembled, from the moment the first round begins on June 2nd all the way to the Grand Final.

Four iconic pairings, namely Chad “SPUNJ” Burchill & Alex “Machine” Richardson, Harry “JustHarry” Russell & Hugo “Hugo” Byron, Jason “moses” O’Toole & Adam “Dinko” Hawthorne, and finally Conner “Scrawny” Girvan & Mohan “launders” Govindasamy.

All of them have shown incredible performances at the commentary booth time and time again, and fans who are aware of the different intricacies that go into casting know just how important these guys are to the overall experience.
