#4 Raven Deer Skull Mask

The Raven Deer Skull Mask is part of a two-piece collection that also features the Raven Poncho, which was added in November 2022. The black skins pair together to make a stealthy set, with each piece made of bones, feathers, and leather. The skull itself has been reformed to match the appearance of a raven, with even the horns being removed, giving the primitive helmet an overall cleaner look.

#3 Demonic Deer Skull

The Demonic Deer Skull was the first skin for the bone helmet added to Rust. It was initially introduced for Halloween 2016 as a spooky addition to the game. The skin features a bloodied cloth back, with more blood splattering over the front of the mask. The Demonic Deer Skull works wonders with red inventories or is perfect if you want a scary theme.

#2 Uprising Deer Skull Mask

The Uprising Deer Skull Mask is one of the most detailed skin options for the bone helmet. Red strings connect the skull face to the cloth back, while tribal patterns decorate the front of the skull. The bone helmet skin was added in January of 2017 and still holds up as one of the best skins for the item to this day.

#1 The Plague Doctor

In the first spot, we have The Plague Doctor. This Rust bone helmet skin is by far the most creative one available for the item. It keeps the same cloth headgear, dying the brown into a dark black. However, the front skull mask has been completely transformed into the thin leather mask of a Plague Doctor. The ingenious skin was added in March of 2017 and stands today as one of Rust’s greatest bone helmet skins.
