Stickers are essential to CS2, adding to the most significant skin economy in the video game world. Skins are at the heart of Counter Strike 2, and stickers highlight skins so well, making them one of the best features ever added to the game. Some of the most famous skins in CS2 are Katowice 2014 CS2 stickers, some costing thousands upon thousands of dollars.
Stickers in CS2 are applicable items acquired through the unboxing of capsules or purchases from the store. Every weapon in CS2 has five sticker slots in which five stickers can be placed. Before 2024, stickers could only be placed in pre-determined locations, but as of the 2024 sticker update, five unique stickers can be placed just about anywhere across a skin. Stickers can be scratched and worn to a certain percentage, sometimes making them look unique to an unscraped sticker.
Majors are the most popular competitive CS2 events. They feature thrilling competitive play and release new stickers for each major. Some majors remain less popular due to poor sticker design, while others gain infinite fame for their talented and unique designs. By far, the most popular major in CS2 history is Katowice 2014. This major was the first to release stickers(with the exception of DreamHack 2013’s small selection of souvenir stickers), making them highly sought after. Not only are these stickers rare due to lack of investment and other factors, but they are also argued to have the best appearance of any sticker group in the game.
Team LDLC brought a unique logo design to the first major, with the simple design of just spelling their name! Don’t misunderstand, though. This sticker is known not just for its unique team logo but also for its fantastic holographic effect. Being the first purple sticker ever added to the game, Team LDLC holos are an absolute work of art, truly showing how Valve used to care about stickers.

Team Dignitas went on to play only another two years of professional Counter-Strike, making this unique sticker much more memorable. Featuring the all-famous alien for the first time in sticker history, Team Dignitas’s glowing eyes cut deep into a player’s soul, mesmerizing them with its fabulous multicolor effects. The Dignitas holo comes from the EMS One Katowice Legends, costing over 17,000$ in 2024!

This uniquely square-shaped sticker easily dominates any modern sticker. Reason Gaming, an esports team that only played in one major, is lucky to have such a fantastic legacy through this sticker. The fact that this team only has one set of stickers in the game makes it much more shocking how good a sticker it truly is. Unlike many other teams, such as Natus Vincere, Reason Gaming will go down in history for having a genuinely unbeatable, one-of-a-kind sticker.

Team iBUYPOWER was an absolute powerhouse of a team. Known for their extreme skill, it came as such a shock when, in early 2015, iBUYPOWER received a ten-year ban as an organization as a result of their player’s match-fixing scandal, leading to the dismembering of their world-famous CS2 team. Though that news is heartbreaking and disgraceful to the community, this holo is quite pricy due to the scarcity of iBUYPOWER stickers available. Not only is it priced for the iBUYPOWER ban, but it also has a famous bright holographic design! Selling for just about 70,000$ in 2024, this sticker is one of the highest valued not only for Katowice 2014 but the entirety of CS2!

The Titan holo is possibly the most iconic history in all of CS2. With hundreds of memes, posts, and forums dedicated to the worship of this sticker, it is well known by even players outside of the games community. Famous for its catchy name and flashy blue effects, the Titan Holo is a sticker that will not be forgotten. Fetching for over 50,000$ in 2024, the Titan Holo, though it may not be the most expensive Katowice 2014 CS2 sticker, is by far the most well-known.

The Titan Paper is one of the most unique stickers added by the Katowice 2014 Major. Under the white Titan logo sits a blue splatter that has been textured and smeared to give it an almost titanium look. This bright splatter behind their bright white logo when paired with the blue “Katowice 2014” text underneath creates an unforgettable sticker design that is popular till this day.

Vox Eminor were an Australian team competing in the Katowice 2014 Major. Their paper logo depicts the word “VOX” in bold yellow text bordered by a white rim. Inside the “O” is a void of darkness with two yellow eyes peeking out acting as the team’s mascot. It’s bright yellow look has become sought after making it one of the greatest Katowice 2014 paper stickers to this day.

The iBUYPOWER Paper manages to capture a different effect than its holographic version. The dark red sticker has been given even darker shadows around the edges making it a much darker sticker compared to most other inside of CS2. iBUYPOWER stickers will forever be notorious for being the some of the best red stickers in the game.

Since the release of the custom sticker placement update, the Reason Gaming paper has become even more valued for its use as the letter R in letter-based crafts. Perfect for spelling out names and words, but, unfortunately, Reason Gaming stickers are so expensive! Costing over 2,000$ in even the paper version, Reason Gaming stickers are only for those genuinely wealthy.

Team Dignitas has an unforgettable design that leaves lasting effects on anyone who witnesses their sticker’s glory. With Dignitas, the infamous alien, the papers are impossible not to notice in the game and inventory. One could argue that the design is too simple, but anyone who’s a true fan of this group of stickers will know the actual value of the Dignitas Paper. Another fantastic aspect of this sticker is that it’s not the most expensive paper from this major by far, selling for only $700$!
