Rust Space Station Building Skin DLC Overview

A new Rust building skin has been added to the game alongside a new weapon DLC. The Space Station Build Skin DLC is the first building skin introduced into the game for the Armored building material after years of waiting for one to be released. Space Station Building Skin

Rust’s new Space Station Building Skin captures the look of a modern space station with its all-white industrial appearance. Each of the walls is made of thick white metal plates lined in bolted layers of steel. Exposed plates sit on the soft sides of walls with exposed lights and controls available. The entire building skin features a thin red trim, adding a splash of color to the otherwise simplistic building pieces.

How to Apply The Space Station Building Skin

To apply the Space Station building skin to your Rust base, first use a hammer and open the upgrade context menu on any building piece. Choose to upgrade it to the Armored tier from the selectable options. Then, while hovering the option, press Q or E to cycle and then simply left-click on your new Space Station Building Skin. Afterwards, simply upgrade the wall to apply the skin.

If your Armored wall is already upgraded, open the same context menu and pay a small fee to apply the skin over the existing Armored wall.
