Mortars

Not much about mortars is known yet, other than they are planned on Rust’s Q2 roadmap. They are expected to be a long-range PVP weapon with raiding capabilities. Commits from the Rust developers hint that several ammunition types may be coming to the mortar, each serving a different purpose. It is expected that the mortar will work similarly to the ballista and catapult added with the Primitive update.
