With the brand new August Rust update comes a Rust item store rotation featuring 12 new skins to add to your collection. With a variety of weapons, clothing, and deployables to choose from, let’s go through all the skins added to Rust this week.

First up, we have yet another continuation of the Sinotype box collection by Odissey. This time comes an ore box, fit with blue and white neon lights outlining the box and shaping into the form of a Rust ore node. The piece comes with the fifth box accepted into the collection since last week, making the collection a great budget alternative to the Neon set if you’re looking to organize your base.

The Dominus Mortis SAR by YAN features a beautifully painted gray and white painting a skull monster fit with golden bones. The weapon is stockless and does not use any transparent iron sights. If the dark and golden appearance appeals to you, the skin is definitely worth checking out.

A simple camouflage Large Backpack skin joins Uncle’s Island Assault Team collection as the 10th piece accepted into the Rust item store. The plain backpack uses the same colors and pattern as the rest of the collection, with no changes being made to the item outside of that.

Another simple skin from this week’s Rust item store comes in the form of the Modern Military Boots. These brown and yellow boots, designed by Robstar, are a great alternative to the much pricier Desert Warrior set, offering a similar amount of camouflage with its military-themed design.

Next up in the Rust item store, we have Falk’s Final Flight Garage Door. This pilot-themed door was most definitely added due to the addition of Rust’s new Pilot DLC. The blue cargo door features a large center explosion with a skeleton in a pilot uniform staring out the glowing garage door. If you’re a fan of its artwork, it may be worth picking up

Isoparam Jackhammer by XOLODNO captures a beautiful fade-like look with its iridescent design. Carved patterns run down the tool, stopping at the matte black accents. The jackhammer’s iridescent design causes it to reflect even the moonlight, giving the skin a sick look at all times of the day.

The Fuselage Sheet Metal Door is yet another aviation-themed Rust skin being added with this Rust item store rotation. The door is taken straight from a piece of an aircraft, with its stripped outer appearance paired with a cracked window and a glow stick. The door uses transparency in the cracked window, allowing you to safely peek through the Sheet Metal Door skin.

The Aviator Jackhammer by Milho Frito is yet another great skin for the powerful tool. The hammer takes on the appearance of a minigun with several barrels running across the center of the tool, while the rest of its chrome base is covered in various pilot-themed artwork.

The Sunflowers Garage Door is the perfect choice for your garden or horse farm with its gorgeous brown base that blends perfectly with wooden building tiles. Several bright sunflowers spread across the front of Mushroom Soup’s door, blooming into a beautiful mix of yellow and green.

3DGY’s Afterburner DBS from the Rust item store is an amazing skin to blast away enemies with. Each barrel of the shotgun has been converted into a metal burner fit with a purple end. The rest of the weapon has been entirely modernized with newer, less rusty parts.

Finally, we have the Gold Chains Hatchet & Pickaxe by SayChains. The two pieces join the slowly expanding Gold Chains collection full of beautiful pieces to bling out your Rust character with. Both of the tools are made entirely out of gold, with black and orange tiger leather acting as a grip.

That’s all of the skins added to this week’s Rust item store. If you want to check out any of these new skins for yourself, check out the Rust item store on the Steam page and search for them there.
