Rust Item Store: Rust Skins Weekly Rotation Review (02/13)

The Rust store rotated, bringing with it 10 Valentine’s themed skins for you to add to your arsenal. New weapons, clothing, deployables, and more, this week’s market is loaded with skins to elevate your inventory to the next level. Without further ado, let’s get into this week’s Rust store.

Valentine’s Blaze Furnace

The Valentine’s Blaze Furnace is the first skin added by this week’s Rust item store. It’s a purple furnace covered in bright red hearts, which has been topped with a pink polka dot bow. Wrapped around the bottom are tons of letters stamped with hearts wrapped around the furnace in different orientations. This sweet furnace skin is full of love and worth checking out.

Rose Pedals Rug

Spice up your Rust nights with the Rose Pedals Rug. This rug skin, being introduced to the Rust item store, has been completely converted into bright red rose petals that scatter all around the floor. The pedals act as the perfect decoration for a leafy base or a Rust night that’s beginning to get a little heated.

Love Bomb

The Love Bomb is a black F1 grenade skin lined with a red glowing material, with each piece of the bomb’s honeycomb topped with its own glowing heart. This simple grenade skin is perfect for sending your love flying straight toward your enemies.

Heart Collector Backpack

The Heart Collector is a bright pink backpack plastered in red and pink hearts. It has an angel wearing Rust’s hazmat suit sewn onto the back. The skins’ bright colors pop in the game, while the hearts beautifully reflect the bright lights that hit them. The Heart Collector Backpack is the perfect way to express your Valentine’s cheer on the go.

Soulmate AR

The Soulmate AR is crafted over a smooth metal base with a luxurious wooden grip and handguard paired neatly with intricate bronze metalwork topped with massive heart and rose flower gemstones acting as the centerpieces of this elegant master piece making its way into the Rust item store.

Lovely Balloon Cart

The Lovely Balloon Cart is a cute glowing fridge skin making its way into the Rust item store. It transforms the fridge into a neat bronze cart topped with a red and white striped canopy. Inside the cart sits a big brown plush bear surrounded by red, white, and pink balloons, along with several small flowers that rest around its legs. The Lovely Balloon Cart is a cute pickup to use for roleplaying and to help theme your base around Valentine’s Day.

No Love Cap

The No Love Cap is a very simple skin, going against everything Valentine’s Day stands for. It is a small white cap with a black heart covered by a red cross with the text “NO LOVE” under it. The cap is a simple skin that is easy to match with any other skin sets you might have, so it is definitely worth checking out inside the Rust item store.

Teddy Love Wooden Door

The Teddy Love Wooden Door is a neat skin added to the Rust item store that is entirely hand-painted with a cute Valentine’s Day design. A small brown teddy bear can be seen wearing Rust’s iconic hazmat suit while holding a small heart-shaped balloon with the text love. The bear sits on the front of the door with a vast blue sky full of clouds resting behind him. The back of the door sees the balloon instead tied to a floating cloud with the same white clouds and blue sky resting behind him.

Lovesmith Hoodie and Pants

The last two skins being introduced into the Rust item store are the Lovesmith Hoodie and Pants set. The hoodie has an all black base with chainmail and metal plates placed over it. Red hearts have been painted over the metal, while a cutout has been made in the center, revealing the player’s heart inside of the hoodie by taking advantage of a unique 3d effect. The pants follow up with a similar design featuring an all black base covered in metal plates that have been cut and painted into the shapes of hearts. The set of clothes is the perfect way to bring your Valentine’s Day spirit into Rust’s new Medieval update.
