Rust Home Brewed 2 – Rust Twitch Drops Overview
Rust’s next Twitch drops have now started, and the Rust Home Brewed 2 Twitch event has added 12 new Rust Twitch drops for you to claim. The items are completely free and will head straight to your Steam inventory when redeemed. You will not be able to participate in the trading or marketing of any of the items you obtain, meaning they hold no real value. You can get them by heading over to the drops page, connecting your Steam account with your Twitch account, and then watching any participating streamers. You can expect the drops to appear in your Rust inventory the moment you log onto the game. The drops began February 6th at 2:00 PM EST and last until February 16th at 7:00 PM EST.
Generic Drops
Four generic drops have been added with this round of Rust Twitch drops. The drops are different this time from the usual ones as they are designed for specific streamers, just ones that stream on YouTube instead of Twitch. You can still claim these drops the same way as any other generic drop by watching any streamer in the Rust category.
Jteles Rock

After your first hour of watching Twitch streams, you will receive the Jteles Rock. The rock skin matches the experienced player’s logo with its shiny all-black look and glowing “JT” initials.
Reksmore Reactive Target

You will receive the Reksmore Reactive Target after watching two hours of Rust Twitch streams. The target offers the perfect way to train your aim by replacing the old bullseye target with a new human target. The human replicates that of Reksmore himself, wearing a full suit and fedora and carrying a pair of binoculars. On the back of the target reads the text “Get Back To Work!”. The target is held down by a red and white tire covered in skull paintings.
Drizza Bear Rug

Three hours into watching streams, you’ll receive the Drizza Bear Rug. It completely converts the rug from a bear to a full-blown orange and black striped tiger. The tiger skin rug acts as the perfect deployable to add some much-needed comfort to your Rust home.
Spinky Assault Rifle

Finally, after watching four hours of Rust Twitch streams, you will receive the final generic drop, the Spinky Assault Rifle. It uses a simple black and white color scheme once again replicating that of the creator’s logo. It is full of a variety of hidden details, such as the white X where the stock would usually be and the text “spinky.” placed on the magazine wrap.
Rust Streamer Drops
The Rust Streamer Drops can be earned by watching specific streamers while they are live. The skins are designed with input from each specific streamer, making sure their Rust skin fits them.
PotatoKai Grenade

The PotatoKai Grenade replicates the look of the streamer but in potato form. The grenade features a face with eyes, a mouth, and small slits revealing the potato underneath. On top of the face rests a small black beanie which you can commonly find the streamer wearing.
Junin Assault Rifle

The Junin Assault Rifle features an all-white look with the black shining text “JUNIN” placed on the side. The magazine wrap has been colored green and yellow, giving the skin the extra color it needs to truly pop.
Yexom Large Backpack

The Yexom Large Backpack is the only clothing skin added by the Twitch Drops. It uses a black and yellow color scheme and is full of useful tools such as a wrench, hammer, and even a pair of pliers. You can even spot sulfur bursting out of one of the zippers. The streamer’s logo is printed on the back of the backpack as a final hidden detail.
Anthric Semi-Automatic Rifle

The Anthric Semi-Automatic Rifle uses a worn black and orange look, almost replicating that of a battle-scarred CS skin. Anthric’s logo has been colored white and placed on the center of the SAR, finishing off this simple yet clean Rust Twitch drop skin.
MrWobbles Locker

The MrWobbles Locker is the third and final deployable added by the Twitch Drops. The glowing locker is full of instruments, wires, and the defenses needed to survive, matching that of the Rust players’ musical theme. A red electric guitar labeled “MrWobbles” can be found in the left-most compartment, while wires, grenades, and an assault rifle rest in the center compartment. Moving over to the right side of the locker, a horizontal keyboard, along with other sound equipment, can be found resting in the final compartment.
Winnie Thompson

The Winnie Thompson is made of red diamond embezzles and topped with a gold trim. A small wooden handguard sits next to a golden skull with two bright red eyes. With this being an experienced player’s skin, of course, you can expect it to have transparent iron sights, giving you a slight advantage in the game.
FarmerLucas Assault Rifle

The FarmerLucas Assault Rifle is an extremely unique silver skin for the infamous rifle. It uses metal engravings to add imagery of a charging buffalo with red eyes and blue horns. The skin is rimmed in gold and, similar to the other experienced players on the list, features transparent iron sights, giving you a small advantage in-game. The back of the AR is completely stockless and features the streamer’s logo in the form of a small implanted blue gemstone.
Tabsy Assault Rifle

The final Twitch drop added by the Rust Home Brewed 2 event is the Tabsy Assault Rifle. It uses a simple black and gold theme matching that of the streamer, with their logo painted in gold right below the iron sights. A small gold line runs through the middle of the skin with the text “Controlling oil” sitting on the bottom of the AR below the line.
That’s it for the 38th round of Rust Twitch drops. Remember that if you want to claim any of the skins, you need to link your Twitch account to your Steam account and make sure to watch participating streamers to begin redeeming your drops. Get some new skins, watch some new streamers, and enjoy the new Rust Twitch event.
