Counter-Strike: Global Offensive has released the ability to change your in-game character. This feature came along with the Operation Shattered Web update. Over twenty agents are available for use in-game. You can equip an agent using the in-game loadout.

Players can expect to see CS:GO agent cases in the future. A popular game named Fortnite has generated billions in revenue from selling in-game characters. Valve is trying to keep its 20-year-old Counter-Strike series alive and updated.

The Agents

Agents are similar to CS:GO weapon skins in that they all have a unique rarity. Master Agents share the same rarity as Covert items. These Agents have unique voices and animations.

Special Agent Ava | FBI

Agent Ava is the first female character added to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. She wears the classic FBI outfit worn by characters on the map Nuke.
