Rust Skin Guides

Krampus Bolt Rifle

Krampus Bolt Rifle

The first skin added to this week’s Rust item store is the Krampus Bolt Rifle. This icy skin has a hand-drawn Krampus on the side of the weapon. He has black fur with brown curly horns and is covered in jingle bells. The menacing monster chases two horrified children back to their log cabin in the woods. The barrel of the rifle is a blue and white candy cane, while the back of the bolt has “MERRY X-MAS” text, an evil Krampus face, and a Krampus hand that you shake every time you reload the bolt. Everyone can agree that this extremely detailed Bolt-Action Rifle skin is a must-have pickup.

Snowfall Door

Snowfall Door

Next on our list is the Snowfall Door. The skins is simple with a metal outline and chain link design with two bright blue neon snowflakes almost popping out of the door. The top of the door and door handles are coated in a layer of snow, adding a great finishing touch to this already amazing door you would be crazy to miss out on.

Neon Christmas Large Box

Neon Christmas Large Box

The Neon Christmas Large Box is an all-black box covered in jovial neon Christmas designs. Snowflakes, presents, and trees can all be found around the box, with transparent snowflakes being the most present of all of them. The Neon Christmas Large Box is sleek, stunning, and the perfect box for the Christmas season.

Gingerbread Backpack

Gingerbread Backpack

The Gingerbread Backpack uses the design of the Rust Gingerbread people and changes it up by putting it directly onto a Large Backpack. The backpack has the same yellow and purple candy eyes, green bow, and purple candy buttons the Rust Gingerbread people have. The sides of the backpack are highly detailed, with a candy cane in the pocket and ribbons for straps. To finish off the creative design, icing, creating beautiful geometric designs stretch across the entirety of the skin. The Gingerbread Backpack is a great choice if you happen to be a fan of the Rust Gingerbread Men.

Gingerbread Python

Gingerbread Python

Unlike the Gingerbread Backpack, the Gingerbread Python took a different route, creating completely original artwork for the skin. The intricate python added to this week’s Rust item store is held together by icing that wraps its way down the entire skin. Red and green candy dots decorate the entire python, while gingerbread cookies can be found around the chamber and on the pistol grip of the weapon. The cookies are full of different festive designs with the biggest one being a waving Gingerbread man. The Gingerbread Python is changing the game with a design people can all agree is very well made, and the skin itself is the first Christmas Python skin.

Christmas Ornament Crossbow

Christmas Ornament Crossbow

Next in the Rust item store is the Christmas Ornament Crossbow. The crossbow looks as if you took a bunch of Christmas Ornaments, melted them down, and made them into a single crossbow. The blue skin is outlined with intricate golden details that you can find on a lot of Christmas ornaments. It follows this up with a green and red handguard, which uses the same designs to create a breathtaking festive look. It tops all of this off with a small layer of snow that coats parts of the crossbow, a detail the skin wouldn’t be the same with if it was missing it. Be careful not to shatter the skin while reloading!

Santa’s Helper AR

Santa's Helper AR

The second to last skin added to this week’s Rust item store is the Santa’s Helper AR. The AR has a green base with a hand-drawn angry reindeer front and center on the skin. The handguard, dust cover, and muzzle of the AR are both made of a golden material, while the magazine is wrapped in a red ribbon, which you grab while reloading. A wooden material outlines the skin, letting the other colors shine, while the barrel and stock are both made of candy cane. As a final note for this absolutely stunning skin, a small wooden reindeer can be seen when aiming down the sights.

Gingerbread Wooden Door

Gingerbread Wooden Door

The last skin added to this week’s Rust item store is the Gingerbread Wooden Door. This skin is by far the simplest on this list, with the front of the skin having a window made out of icing, while the back of the door is the same as the wooden door, just with a gingerbread texture. While it may not be the most detailed, it was made for and pairs perfectly with the gingerbread building material.
